What is Performing Arts Alive?
A summer dance program that includes daily classes in ballet, jazz, modern choreography opportunities, arts and crafts, and more.

When is it?
June 16th - 20th, 2008                June 23rd - 27th, 2008
Monday - Friday (5 days)             9:30am - 2:00pm                Tuition: $325.00 per week

June 30th - July 2nd, 2008
Monday - Wednesday (3 days)    9:00am - 2:00pm          Tuition: $195.00 per week

Who is it for?
Boys and girls  ages 7 - 11 Dance experience helpful but not necessary.

In Performing Arts Alive, you will choreograph your own dance, learn new moves and design costumes. There will be a studio performance at the end of each session.
After care available until 5:30pm @ $12.00 per hour

ONE WEEK PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP

What is the Performance Workshop?

A one week workshop preparing young dancers to perform in SUMMERFEST 2008. (MDT’ssummer performance)  Performance is on Saturday, August 9th, 1:00pm & 5:00pm,
at the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center Stage.

When is it?
August 4th - August 7th  3:30pm to 5:45pm
August 8th:  There will be a dress rehearsal, times to be announced
August 9th: SUMMERFEST 2008 performance - 1:00pm & 5:00pm

Who is it for? 
7 - 11 year olds

In the Performance Workshop, one of MDT’s faculty will choreograph a dance for the students to perform in SUMMERFEST 2008. This performance showcases all of the students who have participated in our summer programs.
